2. To carry on in India or elsewhere in the world, the business of publishing, copying, commissioning, duplicating, mixing, processing, producing, programming, recording, transferring, issue of software programmes on academic, commercial, cultural, educational and technical matters and purposes; to be issued on cinematographic films, floppy disks, diskettes, compact disks, computer or video tapes or cassettes, cartridges, spools, records or other format, any form of printed matter and/or any other reproducing device/s to be acquired, manufactured or processed for the purposes.
