To all to whom these presents shall come, I, XY, of 3 Bank Street, Calcutta 700 027 Indian inhabitant send Greetings.

Whereas I have executed a Deed of Conveyance of the property of Premises No. 3 Bank Street, Calcutta 700 027 in favour of Mr. ML, the purchaser.

And whereas  the said Deed is required to be lodged for Registration in the Office of Registrar of Assurances, Red Cross Place, Calcutta 700 001.

And whereas I am unable to appear before the Registrar for admitting execution of the said Deed relating to the said property as I am now residing at Mumbai.

And whereas I am desirous of appointing Mr. CA as my Constituted Attorney to attend office of the Registrar to admit execution of the said Conveyance on my behalf and which the said Attorney has agreed to do.

Now know you all and these presents witnesseth that I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Mr. CA of 9 Bank Street, Calcutta 700 027 to be my true and lawful Attorney for the purpose expressed herein that is to say that to present and lodge in the office of Registrar of Assurances, Red Cross Place, Calcutta 700 001 and to admit execution of Deed of Conveyance dated 5th January 1999 executed by me in favour of Mr. ML the purchaser and do all acts, and things necessary for effectively registering the said Conveyance.

And I do hereby agree to ratify and confirm all and whatever my said Attorney shall do or purport to do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
