KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, RITU, wife of AMAR residing at 6 Janpath Road, New Delhi 110 010, hereby consent to the adoption of JIMMY aged 8 years, son of GANPATI of B-10-D, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110 016 by my husband AMAR the said JIMMY as our son.
